At Poliark, we are passionate about revolutionizing the AECO industry through the power of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Twin Software. Our goal is to introduce new ways of designing, building, and urbanizing to shape the world we live in.

OUR STORY

Poliark was founded in 2021, dedicating our efforts to research and development in Digital Twin Technologies and AI. We hold international patent applications, and our commitment to innovation led us to become a member of Impact Hub and the Digital Twin Consortium. Inspired by the need for transformative solutions, we are driven by our mission to reshape the AECO industry and tackle global challenges. Together, we strive to create a future where sustainable, efficient, and intelligent design practices are the norm.


PROBLEM
Architects and engineers possess incredible potential to create impactful projects. But, their reliance on outdated tools leads to errors, delays, and wasted time. 85% of construction projects exceed their budgets and timelines, with 45% of construction time wasted on non-optimal work like fixing mistakes and correcting project data. These challenges not only affect the industry but also have wider consequences. Our world is facing urgent issues, including the devastating impacts of climate change and the lack of essential resources for billions of people.  


SOLUTION
To address these pressing challenges, we are developing an AI that will revolutionize the entire lifecycle of buildings and cities, from planning and design to construction and operation. Through text-based conversations, our AI enables seamless collaboration among stakeholders, engineers, and architects. It organizes projects, creates 3D models, and eliminates the time-consuming aspects of project creation and modeling. It calculates, tracks, and forecasts real-time carbon emissions and energy usage based on location and material usage.
