Earliest capital
We turn impactful ideas into reality, funding early-stage companies in exchange for equity and a seat at the decision-making table. We come in when conviction, not a track record, drives the decision. This is where we take on the most risk and, through our expert networks, can create the largest impact of all.

Before the listing
We enter pre-IPO for scaled businesses that need capital to reach the next level. We deploy it as primary, secondary or a mix, depending on the constraint, whether growth, balance sheet or cap-table stability. We often anchor the round, helping pull it together by activating our funding ecosystem.

Control
We enter by buying a majority stake while keeping the founder in place to run the business. We restructure ownership, governance, board control and voting rights, and pair capital with a concrete operating plan and, where needed, balance-sheet work, removing constraints without changing what makes the company work.
